*Covid-19 Exclusion to Standard Conditions of Sales and Returns: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we are unable to accept returns on any of our medical or PPE products. This exclusion has been imposed on PPE Suppliers by the manufacturers due to the spread of infection and associated risks. Make note You will see text detailing '(No Returns)', with a link to this return policy on all items that apply. This condition applies to both unopened as well as opened packaging, or boxes. We make every effort for the health and safety of our customers and this is the basis for our No Return policy.

 

We apologize in advance for this exceptional condition and trust you understand that we have your health and safety in mind. We ask you to refrain from placing orders should you not agree and accept these terms.

 

Standard Conditions of Sales and Returns:

 

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being despatched.

 

The cost of handling, delivery, and insurance on returned goods will be the responsibility of the customer. All products must be in original condition and may also include a 5% re-stocking fee.

 

All order cancellations or returns must be documented by email only. If you wish to cancel or return goods (except the PPE products) please email our sales support using customerservice@y-not.com
